Watercolour Studies are a growing collection of my original line drawings, studio printed onto 6×9” watercolour paper and made for you to paint in your own way.

These aren’t paint-by-number pages and there is no prescribed finished result. Choose your own palette. Mix colours. Follow the lines or wander away from them. Leave things unfinished. Make it delicate, strange, muddy, bright or completely different from the version I might paint.

Each Watercolour Study is printed in my studio on 300gsm watercolour paper selected to handle the water and layering of watercolour painting.

Paints and brushes are not included. Use the watercolours you already love, or add one of my handmade earth-pigment palettes when available.
